SCOP Project
A multi-faceted public outreach effort including an Environmental Impact Statement, interagency coordination, emergency communications planning and multimedia communications programming associated with the development and construction of a $828 million effluent outfall project in Southern Nevada.
The Systems Conveyance & Operations Program (SCOP) will provide enhanced water quality and operational flexibility for Southern Nevada.
